A six-year-old girl shot in the head by her father in Ballico has been upgraded from critical to fair condition. Hospital officials say Jennifer Trellas-Junez is now conscious and is speaking. A stray bullet hit Jennifer after her father tried to scare off his brother-in-law Friday during a fight. Vincente Lara Trellas is facing attempted murder charges.
