A man has been charged in connection with the kidnap attempt of a 14-year-old Livermore girl who popped the trunk of her abductor´s car and ran to safety. Police say the girl was grabbed Tuesday morning as she walked to school. Phillip Andrew Hunter is being held on 100-thousand dollars bond.
