Tahoe Resort Off Stock Exchange

The company that owns the Heavenly ski resort at Lake Tahoe says it has fallen below listing criteria for the New York Stock Exchange. American Skiing says it is determined to maintain its stock exchange listing and has asked the exchange for 18 months to get into compliance.
