Pedestrian Injured On 108

A 66-year-old Sonora man was treated at Sonora Community Hospital, after Highway Patrol investigators say he stumbled into the path of a mini-van on Highway 108 Friday night. Investigators say Donald M. Hart was drunk, walking west on the Highway, when he stepped into the path of the vehicle just before 10:00 p.m. The driver swerved to avoid him, but the rear view mirror caught Hart on the arm and side. The vehicle received only minor damage.
