Condit Suit Set

A judge has set September 2003 for the Fresno trial of Carolyn Condit´s $10-million lawsuit against the National Enquirer. The wife of Representative Gary Condit sued the tabloid in February after it printed a headline saying she verbally attacked Chandra Levy.
