Ban On Forced Arbitration Approved

A measure to bar California employers from forcing employees to take discrimination claims to arbitration instead of court has been approved in the state Assembly. The bill approved in the Assembly on a 44-to-27 vote goes back to the state Senate for a vote on Assembly amendments.
