Were Natural Gas Prices Manipulated?

A former employee of a natural gas trade journal has told California lawmakers the daily lists of gas prices were manipulated to boost prices. Michele Markey, formerly with the Gas Daily trade journal, says the natural gas lists relied on unchecked and self-reported information from natural gas companies.
