FBI Investigating Huntington Beach Police In Fatal Shooting

The FBI will try to determine whether Huntington Beach police officers violated the rights of 18 year old
Antonio Saldivar. Saldivar may have been carrying a toy gun when officers allegedly mistook him for another person they were chasing last month. Saldivar was
shot to death by the officers.
