Calaveras county CHP officers will run a child safety seat inspection July 22nd. The noon until 3 pm event
is to help parents make sure they have the right seats for their youngsters and that they´re installed properly.
A new law takes effect in January
specifying what kinds of safety seats children must have up to a certain age and weight. Information on the new law and several other aspects of child safety will
be available at the free event.
