Fire Safety Campaign Starts

The California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and PG&E are launching a fire awareness
campaign. Both organizations have started campaigning in six counties including Tuolumne. Fifty independent grocery stores will put customer´s merchandise in
bags carrying a fire safety message. The traditionally hottest, driest month of the summer has just started, and officials are also bracing for increased power
demands.
