Energy Czar Resigns

A staunch opponent of electricity price controls in the federal government is resigning. The chairman of the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Curtis Hebert , has clashed with Democrats in Congress and with Governor Gray Davis over issues in California´s
energy crisis.
