A man convicted of molesting and killing an eleven-year-old Hanford girl five years ago wants a new
trial.
Kevin Galik says his lawyer was using drugs during the first trial. Galik is in prison for life without the possibility of parole. No decision is expected
in the case for at least 45 days.
