A new survey finds signs that the Sacramento area´s economy has suffered since the September eleventh
terrorist attacks. Before the attacks 76 percent of local companies were hiring. Now 57 percent are hiring and 13 percent plan layoffs in the next 60 days,
according to the survey by Pacific Staffing.
