Mail Scam In Tuolumne County

It looks like another scam for seniors to watch out for. Tuolumne County deputies are investigating letters received by several residents asking for a so-called “Processing fee” to help seniors get rebates for rent or property taxes.The service is provided free of charge by the tax board or the Area 12 Agency on Aging.
