Security promises to be tight when President Bush arrives in Northern California in the morning. He´s scheduled to address military troops at Travis Air Force Base near Fairfield and speak to business leaders in Sacramento. Bush also is scheduled to hold a five-minute meeting with Governor Davis during his visit to the state capital.
