A change of venue hearing this morning in the Mariposa County courthouse is expected to end with confessed murderer Cary Stayner getting the change of venue he wants. Where the trial will be moved is still an issue, although Santa Clara County is a likely possibility. Stayner is facing trial for the slayings of three Yosemite Park tourists.
