Valley Takes Some Damage

Heavy rain in the valley caused flooding and several accidents. Trees were toppled in gusts of wind and power lines were downed. More than 40-thousand homes lost electricity. Police say a three-year-old girl was killed in a weather-related car accident south of Chowchilla.
