Report Cites Ways To Improve CA’s Education System-Case Of Bad Timing

A report released today on education reforms in California cites class size reduction and after school programs will improve education in the state. According to Superintendent Robert Gaskill of the Sonora Union High School District, these are all good ideas but the recent economic downturn wont let it happen.
The California Alliance For Public Schools, who made the report, believes the changes would be an alternative to school vouchers.
