“”Gotcha”” Means Charges For Sacramento Man

A Sacramento man has been charged with creating an anthrax scare that resulted in the evacuation of Sprint´s bill-payment center in Dallas. Forty-five-year-old Mark Van Pelt faces up to five years in prison. Prosecutors say he included a folded dollar bill containing pinkish-brown powder and a tiny scrap of paper saying “Gotcha!´´.
