CDF, Truckee District Being Sued Over Martis Fire

A Truckee resident has taken the first step in a possible lawsuit against the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection and the Truckee Fire Protection District for damages suffered from last June´s Martis Fire.
Katherine Anglin has filed a claim with the State Board of Control.
