T.U.D. To Discuss Audit and Grand Jury

Sonora, CA — The T.U.D. Board of Directors will hear an audit report for fiscal year 2014, and respond to a recent Grand Jury Report.
They are a couple of the notable items on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting, which will start at 2pm, at the District Office. The District’s Grand Jury response will touch on several topics. It includes whether the board members need additional Brown Act training related to open meeting laws, to whether its necessary to investigate the legality of the district’s inter-fund transfers.
The Board will also take time to vote on funding agreements that are needed with the state related to emergency drought projects.
