Tom Haglund became the head of T.U.D. on November 2nd after being selected by the Board of Directors to replace the retiring Tom Scesa. Haglund had served as Gilroy’s City Administrator since 2008. On this weekend’s Mother Lode Views he will talk about his vision for the district, projects underway, and state legislation he is watching closely. Haglund will be joined the show by District Engineer Erik Johnson, who is helping to lead several of the aspects related to T.U.D.’s five-year Capital Improvement Plan.
