Crash Knocks Out Power For Sonora Residents

Sonora, CA — 145 PG&E customers are without power in Sonora due to a truck hitting a power pole on Short Lane near Hillcrest Drive.
It will take several hours to make the needed repairs, so you should try to avoid the area if possible. PG&E is estimating that full restoration should come by eight o’clock this evening. The outage is impacting Summit Avenue, Bourbon Street, West Lane, Hillcrest Drive, East Jackson Street, Pasadena Avenue and Short Lane. No serious injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
