Gas Prices Going Up

Sonora, CA — The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline has jumped nearly 12 cents over the past three weeks.
This is according to the latest Lundberg Survey of fuel prices released yesterday. In California, the average price for major cities ranged from $3.68 in Fresno to $3.81 in Los Angeles. The myMotherLode.com gas price section shows that regular unleaded is currently selling in Sonora between $3.59 to $3.75 a gallon.
New York’s Long Island had the highest average price nationwide at $3.82. Denver has the nation’s lowest average at $3.01.
