Wilkins is this week’s “Most Wanted”. He is a 27 year old white male with black hair and brown eyes. Wilkins is 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds. He is wanted on felony warrants for robbery, possession of a short barreled rifle/shotgun and hit
and run.
