Stockton, CA — Lights, computers and appliances have a new life in the Arnold area this morning.
995 customers lost their P.G.& E. power at just about seven o’clock this morning due to an equipment failure. A line recloser opened and that caused the outage.
Power was restored an hour later. Some residences and business had their power restored in less than an hour due to a back feeding process where power is rerouted to help mitigate the outage.
