Power Returns In Twain Harte

Twain Harte, CA — PG&E says only 20 customers are still without power in Twain Harte as most have now been restored.
There are also 14 customers currently without power in the Pinecrest area as a tree has fallen into a power line.
PG&E is working towards full restoration for both outages.
