Passes Clear Of Debris

Sonora, CA – Caltrans reports that snow has been cleared, debris removed, and needed repairs have been made to Hwy 108 Sonora Pass and Hwy 4 Ebbetts Pass.
The only thing that keeps the passes from opening is the current weather conditions. Rain and mountain snow is forecasted for tonight through the next couple of days.
Caltrans officials say they do not know yet whether the passes will be open for the Memorial Day weekend.
