Six Arrested In Valley Springs
Valley Springs, CA — A shoplifting incident in Valley Springs has landed six people in Calaveras County Jail.
The Sheriff’s Department says the 76 Station reported someone trying to shoplift alcohol on Thursday. The clerk confronted the subject and a struggle ensued. When deputies arrived, they placed 20-year-old Travis Humphrey of Ukiah under arrest for robbery. During the investigation, deputies discovered that the van that Humphrey was traveling in was stolen out of Ukiah and occupied five other people that were intoxicated. All five were placed under arrest.
They are 19-year-old Cody Houston of Oceanside, 19-year-old Dustin Golyer of Paradise Valley, AZ, 19-year-old Rebecca Karlinsey whose residence is unknown, 37-year-old Samuel Warwick of San Francisco and 26-year-old Patrick McConnon of Ukiah.
