T.U.D. Board Will Meet Twice

Sonora, CA — The T.U.D. Board of Directors will hold two meetings this week.
On Tuesday night the Board will recognize four longtime employees, Robert Slater, Cheryl Scesa, James Castle and Gerald Whitehead because of their upcoming retirements. The meeting will begin at 7pm in the T.U.D. meeting room. On Wednesday morning the Board of Directors will hold a special meeting to discuss the Board Meeting Structure and Process Agreements, Board of Director Conduct Agreements and the Development of Board Governance Norms. The Wednesday meeting will begin at 9am in the T.U.D. meeting room.
