Angels Camp, CA — Traffic was slow this morning on Hwy 4 between Copperopolis and Angels Camp because of rockslides and roadway flooding.
Beginning at 9am, CALTRANS closed down one lane of traffic for over three hours near Stallion Way. Highway Patrol Officer Jaime Castillo says Hwy 4 was completely re-opened at 12:30pm.
