Modesto’s Rocha Booked On $100,000 Bail

Sonora, CA — 38 year old Frankie Rocha of Modesto is residing in the Tuolumne County Jail on $100,000 bail following a Tuesday afternoon kidnapping in the 18000 block of Hershey Rd. East in Tuolumne.
Deputy Paul Tualla from the Sheriff´s Office says Rocha had kidnapped an unidentified female, stopped the car, attacked her again and then tried to hit her with her car. Rocha was arrested at the Hwy 108-Washington St. intersection at 3pm.
