Soulsbyville Child Found In Creek In Critical Condition
Soulsbyville, Ca — On Tuesday evening the Tuolumne County Sheriff´s Office received a phone call from a frantic mother stating that her two-year-old daughter was found non-responsive floating in a neighborhood creek.
The child´s father started CPR and continued his efforts until medics arrived. The girl was taken by ambulance to Sonora Regional Medical Center and then flown to an out of county facility.
From information that the Sheriff´s Office received on scene, the child was only out of her parent´s sight for a couple of minutes. When they didn´t see her, they immediately ran to the area of their yard that borders the creek.
?The information that we´ve received is that the condition of the child is grim,? says Lt. Dan Bressler. ?Other than that, we have no further information regarding her condition.?
The location of the incident was the 20800 block of Willow Springs Dr. in Soulsbyville.
