Hit And Run In Valley Springs

Valley Springs, CA — An investigation is pending after a hit and run accident in Valley Springs Tuesday.
An unidentified woman in a 1970s Chevrolet pickup backed into a 2005 Chevrolet Blazer driven by 23-year-old Jayme Weldon of Valley Springs.
The accident happened on Garner Place near Friedman Way.
Weldon had two passengers, 5-month-old Abiggalie Weldon and Shannon Schmieder of Sacramento.
All three had minor injuries.
The unidentified woman offered Weldon $50 for the damage and when her offer was refused, she fled.
