Illegal Dock Pardoned

San Andreas, CA — An illegally built boat dock on Lake Tulloch was OK´d by the Calaveras County Planning Commission Thursday.
The Calypso Bay Property Owners Association petitioned the commission to allow the facility even though it was built without county approvals.
The dock consists of a boat launch ramp, floating landing dock, gazebo and parking.
Planning staff says the developer illegally built the facility then turned it over to the association.
The commission voted 4-1 to allow the facility´s use.
