CHP Officer Found Dead In Oregon
Sacramento, CA — A California Highway Patrol officer was found dead Friday in southern Oregon after coming under criminal investigation for a bar incident in San Joaquin County.
Brian McAllister was a Lodi resident who worked mostly in the south Sacramento area.
His body was found in a remote area of Jackson County following a day and a half search.
McAllister had been on administrative leave from the department at the time he disappeared.
He was under investigation by both his department and the San Joaquin County Sheriff´s Department following allegations that he brandished a weapon at security guards at a local bar.
He was also suspected of driving under the influence.
