Parolee With Knife Arrested in Valley Springs

Another random probation and parole search was conducted by the Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department last week.
33-year-old Robert Stoker of Valley Springs was arrested for parole violation, after authorities found him in possession of a knife with a blade about 3-and-a-half inches long.
The Calaveras County Sheriff´s office conducts such searches periodically, to ensure that parolees and those on probation are abiding by all county and state laws, and to deter criminal activity.
