Sonora, CA — The City of Sonora will make some improvements to its public restrooms ahead of the Farmers Market season, and it will require temporary closures of the facilities.
The work is planned for this coming Monday through Friday. City of Sonora Community Development Director Tyler Summersett relays that the Stewart Street parking lot restrooms will be closed from April 6-8, and the Green Street (Police Station) restrooms from April 9-10.
The work includes floor resealing, new paint, and wall panel installation. The project is being funded via Measure Y dollars.
The work schedule is spread out so that at least one of the public restrooms remains open for public use.
