Burson Woman Arrested For Violating Terms Of Bail

San Andreas, CA — A 66-year-old Burson woman facing murder charges stemming from a shooting incident in August is back behind bars after violating conditions of her bail.
The Calaveras County Sheriff´s Department says Janet Casey had posted bail after being arrested for fatally shooting her husband, 73-year-old Frank Casey, August 27th.
Court documents indicate that Casey had consented to a search waiver for guns and alcohol as part of her release.
The Sheriff´s Department says a search of Casey´s Evergreen Road home turned up alcoholic beverages in a refrigerator in the home´s garage.
Casey was taken into custody and booked into Calaveras County Jail.
The Sheriff´s office says the investigation is ongoing.
