Tuolumne County isn´t alone in its efforts to keep the county-run Tuolumne General Hospital out of the red.
Placer County officials say Auburn´s community hospital is losing revenue. Sutter Auburn Faith Hospital´s Mitch Hanna says the problems could delay plans to build a new hospital or renovate the existing one to meet seismic retrofitting requirements.
