Judge: Plenty Of Evidence In Wesson Case

A judge found there is enough evidence for the case to continue against Marcus Wesson, the Fresno man accused of murdering nine of his children. During the preliminary hearings yesterday, Wesson´s lawyers suggested Wesson´s oldest daughter did the shooting, then shot herself.
One of the daughters of Wesson sent a handwritten statement to ABC news defending the family´s lifestyle. Kiani Wesson´s statement says she is proud of the way the family lived.
