High-Price Car Owner Could Pay More

A new plan would require owners of California´s most expensive cars to pay more to license their vehicles. Senator Tom Torlakson´s proposal would leave current vehicle license fees the same for cars worth less than $25,000. The Democrats says his plan would bring the state more than one billion dollars.
