There was a terrible traffic accident in Sonora Thursday afternoon.
CHP spokesman Tom Wills says a pedestrian was killed when they were hit by a car in front of McCoy´s Tire on Stockton Road.
The car was trying to avoid hitting the back of a school bus, but the car scraped the back of the bus. No students were on board. The driver of the car was also killed. No names have been released. An investigation is ongoing.
