Missing Man Found Safe

A 41-year-old mentally-disabled man from Salida who got lost over the weekend in the Stanislaus National Forest has been found safe. Family members say Manuel Santiago wandered away from their campsite at the Cascade Creek Campground, about 11 miles east of Pinecrest.
Santiago was reportedly spotted by a family on a fishing trip at at Hells Half Acre Campground.
