Perot Asks To Delay Testimony

H. Ross Perot is asking for more time to gather papers and prepare for testimony about his company´s role in advising energy companies accused of manipulating California´s wholesale electricity market. The chairman of a state Senate committee wants Perot to testify Thursday.
