A Truckee pilot has survived a belly landing at Sacramento´s Executive Airport. Steve Swigard was unable to lock the landing gear into place on his Cessna 182 yesterday and finally decided to make a belly landing. The landing sent up a shower of sparks but Swigard was only shaken, not hurt.
