Negotiations to end the West Coast port shutdown went into their fourth consecutive day in San Francisco on Sunday. While the shippers, port operators and longshoremen´s union are talking there are now about 200 cargo vessels stranded at the docks or at anchor off California, Oregon and Washington State.
