Farm Bureau Challenges Regulations

The California Farm Bureau has filed a new challenge to federal air-quality regulations after a lawsuit was thrown out last week. The lawsuit alleges regulations were imposed without complete scientific information. The regulations would require farmers to obtain permits and pay fees for livestock and other operations.
