Lockyer Wants Firearms Database Created

State Attorney General Bill Lockyer is calling for the creation of a national ballistics database to track firearms use in the country. Lockyer says the California Department of Justice is currently evaluating the feasibility and cost of creating and maintaining its own such database for the state.
