San Francisco Lights Go Out

A blackout…but not a deliberate one in the Bay area..Thousands of people have been without power in
San Francisco for part of this afternoon. Nearly five-thousand people lost power in the city, and P-G-and-E is blaming a bad underground cable. Power has
been restored to some customers, and the others are expected to get power back soon.
